Self- Care 

[6 month program]

Self-Care program is for the individual who understands the benefits and importance of investing in self-care and values yoga wellness introspective practices. They are open to self-analysis without judgment to determine what new habits and thoughts need to be integrated into their daily living. They recognize the value of individual will power and effort. Accepts self-discipline, persistence, and even mindedness as necessary qualities to achieve goals.

Self-Mastery

[9 month program]

Self-Mastery program is for the individual who understands the benefits and importance of investing in transformative yoga wellness practices. Is determined to create new thought forms and habits that are sustainable and long lasting. Recognizes that life is a marathon, not a sprint and change takes time, will power, and individual effort. Respects self-discipline, persistence, and even mindedness to achieve a better long-term outlook on life.
